KALE PRATT&WHITNEY UÇAK MOTOR SAN. Staj Başvurusu – Special Processes Quality Engineer

We are looking for a ‘Special Processes Quality Engineer’ for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering (Masters degree in engineering will be an asset)
• Min. 2 years experienced in aerospace or/and defence industry (Quality experience will be an asset )
• Knowledge in quality system such as AS9100 is a plus
• Hands on experience with any special processes like metallic material testing, heat treating, chemical processes, coating, welding
• Having NDT experience will be an asset  (Especially DDA/x-ray, Etch Inspection, FPI, pressure testing )
• Having a NAS410 / EN4179 NDT certification will be an asset
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• Having experience on Nadcap and/or aerospace OEM audits is a plus
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a result oriented, risk managing approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the team
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a result oriented, risk managing approach
• Fast in action but with detailed technical review and good documentation
• Good knowledge on ERP systems (Canias, QDMS, E-flow will be an asset)

Job Description

• To participate daily Gemba meetings (Special Processes)
• To prepare and revise IMRS (control plans), instructions, procedures etc. in accordance with Nadcap and customer requirements for serial and FAI
• Taking active role in RCCA, 8D
• Taking active role and supporting special processes teams for Nadcap and customer audits
• Supporting lean manufacturing system, follow-up 5S activities
• Working in a cooperation with Business Development Department on preparing quotations related with laboratory, pressure test, super-clean inspection or related NDT areas
• Resolving the quality issues in a customer-oriented manner
• Working on IAS based ERP system when tracking parts or documents
• Daily coordination of inspections and following jobs at x-ray, pressure testing,material testing, borescope inspection workfloors
• Technical responsibility of technicians and inspectors
