Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Demand Planning Long Term Intern” in Global Supply Chain Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4th-grade student in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or any similar discipline, ongoing studentship is a must,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,

• An open minded critical thinker as well as analytic and data-based decision maker.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze monthly sales, record deviations, and remove activity-related impacts,
• Utilize statistical methods for demand forecasting studies,
• Enhance demand forecasts with sales teams based on activities and promotions; publish short-term demand plans,
• Implement Monthly and Weekly Sales & Operations Planning effectively, triggering decision mechanisms for variances between Sales and Production Budgets, and transferring agreed demand plans to central production planning,
• Monitor actual sales, conduct performance analyses, and prepare reports,
• Revise demand plans for Make-To-Stock productions based on monthly changes, and communicate with central production planning.
