SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast growing fragrance company.

As an Senior Human Resources Manager your role is to manage all HR activities building a strong internal communication.

MAIN TASKS :

• Manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs.

• Direct and oversee all administration related activities including security, office supplies and transportation.

• Work on HR Projects and policies implementation,

• Define measures for success and assess the effectiveness of all employer branding activities on candidate attraction and employee retention,

• Lead & support Employee Engagement strategies and programs,

• Execute recruitment process,

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure adaptation&engagement,

• Plan and execute of the all internal engagement activities and events,

• Set up and implement the performance management system, educate employees regarding performance management execution,

• Implementation of training initiatives across the organization

FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources management and personnel affairs.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

• Ability to work effectively across functions

• Strong problem solving skills,

• Excellent command of English both in written and spoken,

• Proficiency in MS Office,
