Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting learning & development cycle for whole firm.

·         Analyzing training needs and demands,

·         Preparing training plan and training budget,

·         Managing training  program schedules,

·         Managing the preparation and delivery of all training materials,

·         Monitoring the effectiveness of trainings,

·         Communicating with training and organization companies
