QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

• Support planning and implementing appropriate programs for institutional, role-based and individual development needs in line with L&D strategies
• Coordinate & take part in planning internal & external trainings within the curriculum
• Assist individual development process and designing/delivering programs
• Contribute to defining the metrics by which leadership and L&D program effectiveness will be measured and continuously improved
• Support measuring and evaluating effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and interventions & decision making with accurate reporting and analysis
• Take initiative in planning and executing responsibilities for assigned projects
• Maintain support in follow-up ad-hoc training requests, being in communication with units, stakeholders and vendors to provide required trainings
• Assist executing procurement and payment processes of all L&D event and activities in coordination with related departments

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

• Preferably 3rd or 4th year university student
• Able to work 5 days in a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Result oriented with solid analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
• Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally with diverse individuals
• Bias for action and willingness to jump in and learn as in an ambiguous environment
• Good understanding of the L&D trends, learning technologies & associated tools
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
