About You

• LL.B. degree from a reputable university
• Have not started the mandatory legal internship
• Eager to gain experience in a corporate company
• Have an advanced level of English skills (C1+) (candidates who have TOEFL, IELTS, YDS, YÖKDIL proficiency certificates are preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prone to teamwork and research, proactive, positive and result-oriented
• Have solid oral and written communication abilities
• Open to development and dynamic
• Candidates are expected to work alternately in Ataşehir & Levent offices

About the Job

• Help and assist the colleagues in the team with different tasks and learn how processes are running
• Assisting in preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Following up the legislation and informing the team
• Support to the team with reporting and researching legal topics
• Collection of signatures and archiving/filing
• Manage our contracting tool, contract drafting. Properly file and store all originally signed documents and keep a database of all stored documents to easily enable search and retrieve any document from the archives
