We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are:

• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
• 5 years of experience in customer relations management or human resources relevant departments (Cloud system experience is a plus),
• Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and Power Point (SAS, SQL etc.is a plus),
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish,
• Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, multitasking,highly motivated and result and detail-oriented,
• Prone to agile working principles

What we expect from the Senior Account Management Specialist;

• Taking the necessary actions to enable customers to use the cloud product solution effectively and with all its functions,
• Ensuring that all internal processes that touch the customer are controlled from a customer experience perspective,
• Prioritizing customer satisfaction, realizing and monitoring KPIs determined accordingly,
• Ensuring coordination with relevant teams within the company for all issues related to customers and business partners, and following up the process,
• Ensuring the creation of written and visual materials and communication channels that the customer will need in the use of the products, to coordinate and follow up,
• Taking action to increase the service quality between the customer and the business partner, if any, and ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Creating and updating service standards in all channels
