We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or other comparable degrees from top tier universities,
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of product management, P&L management, project management, process management,
  • Previous experience in the marketing, product management or revenue management departments of banking, telecommunications, software and technology companies is preferred,
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle,
  • Ability to lead projects to be carried out with cross-functional teams,
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, and action plans,
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Innovative, ambitious, confident and able to take initiative,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
  • Prone to agile working principles,
  • Attentive to the language used within the company.

What we expect from the Sr. Product & Revenue Management Specialist;

  • Lifecycle management of the assigned products from the idea stage to product development, launch, monitoring of all KPIs and executing marketing actions in line with our company’s goals and strategies,
  • Taking necessary actions to increase the number of customers and revenue,
  • Creating new process designs and projects that will increase operational efficiency and income, and to undertake the management of these projects,
  • Taking an active role in the end-to-end management of new business models in coordination with other units,
  • Creating new customer acquisition models and monitoring the success of these models,
  • Defining company’s P&L targets and to ensure that the targeted values are achieved by regularly following the relevant KPIs,
  • Creating new and existing customer-targeted campaigns and executing, communication processes in coordination with communication teams,
  • Preparing customer segmentation, campaign acquisition & control group analyzes and feasibility reports,
  • Developing business development opportunities that will add value to the company,
  • Identifying customer needs and ensuring that actions are taken for appropriate solutions,
  • Seeking possible opportunities by closely following the innovations in the sector and developments on the customer’s side
