GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Preferably graduated from universities, tourism hotel management or related books,

·         At least 2 years of experience in the hotel reservation department,

·         Proficient in using MS office programs,

·         Able to use Opera PMS (Opera Cloud) program,

·         Having analytical structure and problem solving skills,

·         Follower, discipline and responsibility,

·         High persuasion and communication skills,

·         Highly empathetic, proactive, customer and solution oriented,

·         Having temporal flexibility to maintain a young, dynamic working environment,

·         Suitable for teamwork and able to adapt to busy working hours,

·         Good diction, high communication and representation capacity,

·         Good command of English
