GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Will have the oppurtunity to observe and learn all training processes in a multinational company,
• Responsible for following up the completions of all mandatory trainings for all departments, customer based trainings and sales based trainings for sales teams,
• Responsible for preparing Training Performance Reports,
• Responsible for planning & organizing trainings as creating virtual classrooms on digital platforms, preparing the invitations contents and sharing them with target groups,etc
• Responbile for localizing the global trainings (translating and preparing the training materials, etc.)
• Internship will be for 10 months.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate in relevant departments or new graduated in relevant departments,
• Advanced English and preferably French,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint,
• Open to learn,
• Strong communication skills and soft skills,
• Interested in career opportunities for training,
• Able to work min 3 days throughout the year.
