Nestlé Türkiye Gıda Sanayi A.Ş Staj Başvurusu – Nce Long Term Trainee

We are currently looking for a NCE Long-Term Trainee (10 months contracted) to join our Nestlé Continuous Excellence team temporarily and provide support and expertise in the area of Production & Technical Management practices.  

Joining Nestlé Bursa Karacabey Factory Long Term Trainee Program for 10 months of period will give you a chance to transform your academical knowledge into a practical experience in a global environment. 

If you are a graduate student with 5 full days of availability, you can apply to join to the program. You will be given personal responsibility and have your own tasks and you will take an active part in business or process improvement projects and support the business or an expertise area in daily operations. 

The candidates should have; 

• University degree from reputable universities (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Food Engineering Departments) 

• Newly graduated or maximum 1 year of work experience in related operations (Technical & Production Operations) 

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English 

• Good MS Office skills (SAP knowledge is an asset) 

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and team work 

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
