ODAŞ is a group of companies operating in the fields of energy, mining and tourism with dynamic structure and strategic approach. It managed to enter the National 50 Index of Istanbul Stock Exchange in the five years following its incorporation.

Our new investment Ahama is new Luxury hotel brand combining lifestyle with holistic wellness and outstanding F&B. The first property of the portfolio is dur to open in Göcek, Turkey in summer 2024.

We are looking for a “Intern” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studies in associate, bachelor’s, or master’s programs in Tourism and Hotel Management at universities,
• Preferably with prior internship experience, 
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs for the relevant positions, 
• Available to intern at least 5 full days per week throughout the summer, 
• Eager to work in the field of tourism, 
• Open to learning and development, 
• Adaptable to a dynamic and flexible organizational culture, 
• Strong communication skills and relationship management,
• Able to live in Muğla-Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting internship experince where you will witness and be part of the creation and opening an entirely new hotel brand. As part of learning experience, you will be attending weekly meetings and workshops with the GM to make sure you will make the most out of your internship.

You will actively participate in roles related to Food & Beverage, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Kitchen, etc., and develop yourself in the field of tourism. You will provide active support in the operations present here.
