 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Backing up of Supply & Demand Planner,

Point of Contact for 3PL related actions at Omron and lead Improvement Projects at 3PL,

Periodical Follow up of 3PL Service Level and take proper actions in regard ( Inbound dock to stock and accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, On-time shipment)

Managing the yearly stock count,

Coordination and follow up import activities of materials with Custom broker,

Follow up foreign trade, import regulations,

Preparation of all import permits from relevant institution,

Follow up & control import (custom, freight material) invoices,

Preparation of bank instructions and giving information to accounting department.

REQUIREMENTS

University student in related departments  (Foreign Trade,international trade,logistic)

Knowledge about import operation and documentation(custom declaration,certificate of origin and etc)

Fluent written and spoken English 

Advanced MS Office skilss

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work as a long term trainee
