As part of OXXO, which reaches its customers with more than 60 stores and online sales channels in 20 countries around the world and continues to grow every day, we are looking for a “Project Specialist” to work with us at Yenibosna.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Industrial or Management Engineering

·       Preferably 5+ years of experienced in one or more of the following areas: account management, project management, business analysis or IT project management.

·       Experienced in at least one project management.

·       Knowledge of SQL

·       Ability to adapt different conditions and teams easily.

·       Excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in the planning, development, and deployment of new application modules and enhancements to existing applications.
• Leading the planning and implementation process.
• Contributes ideas and suggestions for process enhancements.
• Develops full scale projects plans, timeframes and deliverables.
• Collect/document information, maintains, reconciles and distributes monthly/weekly postage reports.
• Communicates with outsources to reports and updates achievements, plan, risks & issues and mitigation actions.
• Provide feedback & update standard project management documents & plans.
