Your contribution to something big:

• Assistance HR process management
• Supporting recruitment process, screening, organizing interviews etc.
• Being part of recruitment activities, such as assisting assesment and language test processes

Qualifications

• Postgraduate students in related fields
• Able to work 3 days per week in Bosch Bursa Plant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-confidence and learning ambition
• Being collaborative and good relations with other sections
• The ability to work independently, proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and improve her/himself
• Being able to manage complex situations and timelines
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated profile
• Good command in English
• Good use of MS-Office tools
