Rencons Heavy Industries Staj Başvurusu – Subcontract Engineer

We are looking for a “Subcontract Engineer” to be assigned in the Subcontract Department of our company’s Moscow Headquarters in Russia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Good command of English is a must, Russian knowledge is preferred,
• At least 2 years have been assigned to subcontractor departments of construction companies (or Technical Office departments responsible for subcontractor management),
• Subcontract management and preparation of official letters; control and analysis of subcontracted progress payments; analysis and evaluation of subcontractor claims; proficient in subcontractor final accounts,
• No travel restrictions,
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• Systematic, dynamic and team-work oriented.

Job Description

• Preparation of subcontractor tender packages and execution of tender processes,
• Preparation of subcontractor follow-up and management reports,
• Following the subcontractor correspondence, writing official letters,
• Control and finalization of subcontractor progress payments,
• Control, analysis and reporting of subcontractor claims,
• Making final accounts of subcontractors.
