We are aiming to expand our export business and looking for an ambitious and determined Regional Sales Executive for Germany, Austria,Switzerland & US markets who will bring his/her determination and experience to be a part of our solid and globally growing organization.

THE JOB : Reporting to CEO
- Planning & executing realistic but ambitous growth plans in respective export countries; researching, following market trends & competition, creating route to market models and plans for new, potential countries, making regular travel programs, following contacts, projects, reporting and finalizing them
- Building meaningful customer networks and maintaining good relations with customers; including market research for potentail leads, representing the company in national and international fairs, excellent customer insight generation and resiliant customer contact follow up skills
- Learning, understanding wide range product portfolio, recognizing customer project needs, requirements and responding to them with appropriate solutions, products
- Controlling the sales operations and performance of existing customers in the responsible regions and finding new potential customers and dealers
- Ensuring the continuity of sales performance and customer satisfaction by effectively managing the export operation activities of the company in the respective regions
- Work with the production and R&D teams to manage and ensure customer happiness and satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, research and development, production and finance to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives
THE PERSON :
- Min.3-4 Max.10 years of solid Regional Export Sales experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment with customer acquisition & retention experience and strong knowledge of export operations, customs legislations is a must
- Min. Bachelor’s degree from preferably Engineering departments of reputable universities, masters degree in Management as a plus
- Highly capable of managing a wide range of Industrial/B2B product portfolio
- Residing in Kartal, Pendik, Ümraniye, Ataşehir … region close to company work locations
- Determination, resilience, follow up and drive to travel extensively and work effectively with cross-cultural/functional teams in a dynamic and result oriented work environment
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn & develop, excellent communication, coordination skills with a high level of energy and strong cultural adaptability
- Engaging, reliable team player with empathy, effective people focus and great planning, organization, follow up and results orientation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; excellent in working in projects with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Willingness and flexibility to travel globally, roll up sleeves and do the work to get results thus a strong ownership of the business
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Have a valid driving licence with active driving skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Turkish as a MUST and German as a big plus
- Male candidates must have completed the military service
