Staj Başvurusu – Senior Purchasing and Import Specialist

We are seeking a considerable experienced and skilled Purchasing Senior Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves to be a part of our purchasing team, collaborating with various departments, and strategically responsbile from the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and  auxiliary material for strategic purchasing.

Job Description

•  Opening purchase orders based on raw material and auxiliary material purchase requests (for materials in the product tree)

•  CAPEX Opening, management (quotation processes) and follow-up of purchase orders.

•  Tracking orders and deadlines with suppliers and informing the planning on a daily and weekly basis.

•  Establishing and maintaining the infrastructure for managing SATs and SASs in SAP.
•  Updating Short-Medium-Long term procurement plans monthly Rolling 12 months and sharing them with finance.

•  Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of deadlines in SAP.

•  Management of import processes (logistics).

•  Creating alternative suppliers for the materials in the product tree and achieving the savings specified in the KPIs.

•  Commercial contracts with approved and critical suppliers.

•  Managing the Procurement digitalization program: Leading the development and sustainability of EBA go-live and K usability + SAP  Procurement modules.

•  Creation and updating of Procurement Procedures.

•  Establishing and managing supplier evaluation system.

•  Checking invoices for month close

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Preferably in Industrial Engineering,

• 5-8 Years of Purchasing experience

• Good command of engineering concepts / analytical thinking
