QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Functions and Responsibilities

Following up new product development process according to the customer demands,
Communicating with suppliers and taking responsibility for supplier management regarding the whole Project,
Preparing price offers and offering samples for new products,
Maintaining relations with suppliers during new product development and revision process (collecting customer demands, taking customer approvals, etc.),
Coordinating and organizing the necessary process of regular product revisions and new product developments (graphic work, sample preparation, mock up preparation, etc),
Execute marketing plans within allocated budget,
Support to manage agencies,
Post evaluation of launches & activities,
Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, financial reports, market share trends and competitive activities,
Prepare tester orders,
Coordinate the distribution of samples and promotional products to the stores weekly,
Preparing first and second half year launch presentations,
Creating and re-arranging product documents.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
Digital marketing expertise preferably on collagen, pharma or supplement field
Experience in OTC & dermocosmetics at least 5 years,
Experience in pharmacy and HCP channel,
Experience in global markets,
Experience in ecom and market places,
Experience in P&L and forecast management,
Experience in pricing,
Experience in ATL and BTL,
Experience in global exhibitions,
Bachelor’s degree, preferably (Preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Industrial Engineering graduates)Strong follow up skills,
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
Excellent organizational and time management skills,
Personality with strong negotiation, communication and planning skills,
High sense of responsibility,
Innovative, proactive and result-oriented,
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects,
Result-oriented,
No restrictions to travel,
No military obligation for male candidates,
