Conduent can offer you the opportunity to develop your Talent Acquisition career in a global organization. You will join a team of multilingual recruiters hiring Associates in Netherlands and be part of our global Talent Acquisition Team.

You will recruit out of Turkey for our multi-lingual centre in the Netherlands reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates for high volume positions
Makes hiring decisions based on interview results
Updating our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and our CRM (Candidate Relationship Management System) in real time.
Prepares daily updates on recruiting activities to TA Supervisor
Ensure the real time maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
Candidate experience is extremely important to us and you will be fundamental in creating a welcoming, relaxed but professional environment as the first point of contact
Working closely with our Talent Marketing Team to ensure we have up to date and attractive advertisements tailored to our talent pool based in the Netherlands

The candidate we are seeking:

Recruiter with experience in hiring high volume candidates
Demonstrable experience in a dedicated recruitment role including sourcing, interviewing and hiring
Working knowledge of using an ATS and CRM.
Highly organised, detail orientated and able to work to tight deadlines.
A natural persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members
Experience of utilizing Excel to create basic spreadsheets
Fluent in Dutch C1 and English B2
