An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to provide guidance and supervision to our Talent Acquisition Team in Turkey to ensure that best practice and delivery is achieved to tight deadlines.  You will be a highly motivated individual who maintains a positive mindset and knows how to get the best performance out of a team managing different personalities.

The key purpose of this role will be to oversee the recruitment activities and drive delivery; coaching the team in order to support the growth of the project.  In return, you will be offered a place to grow and learn and be part of a global team.

Main activities include:

• Manage, track and oversee full life cycle recruitment activities including; job posting application processing, interview scheduling and document preparation
• Work closely with key stakeholders, Talent Marketing and Work Force Management to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Utilise our technology to develop candidate pools
• Provide coaching and support, sharing your knowledge and experience, on a day to day basis with the team
• Willingly and when required jump in and support the team during hiring peaks or as and when needed
• Excellent data integrity via our platforms; ICIMS and Phenom
• Ensuring all reports are kept up to date in real time and accurate

Experience required;

• Proven Recruitment experience (preferably high volume hiring)
• Demonstrable experience of Supervising a team
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management Systems
• Track record of building strong relationship skills to foster relationships and create trust
• Confident presenting to key stakeholders

In order to be considered for this position it is essential that you are fluent in Dutch C1 and English B2.
