We are looking for a Senior People and Culture Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 6 years’ working experience in Human Resources preferable in an organizational development
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and results-oriented environment

Job Description:

• Responsible for all employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, organizational development, internal communication and emloyer branding
• Working closely with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects
• Being responsible for orientation and the onboarding process of the new hires
• Managing employer branding and internal communication activities
• Ensuring the development and implementation of human resources projects. Such as; performance management, talent management, learning and development
• Preparing related reports and analyzing HR
